Where tradition finds its rhythm
La Ilustre was built around seasonal food made for sharing, author cocktails with Jerez wines and international craft beers. A space in the Casco Antiguo of Seville where every element carries the same weight.
Sherry, from crystalline finos to deep olorosos, is the base of our author cocktail programme. The kitchen honours seasonal produce. The beers, chosen from all over the world, rotate constantly.
And always, a vinyl record. Not as ambient noise: as part of the experience. The music is chosen, cared for and shared.

La Ilustre is home to OneRecord.Club, a club born from a simple conviction: some records deserve to be heard differently. Not in the background, not with tracks skipped. With attention, with context and with the right people around you.
Each session revolves around a record or a curated selection. Sometimes there is a presentation, sometimes just music and good company. No membership list, no fee. Just a genuine desire to share what matters. Come discover sounds you didn't know you were looking for.
