We choose beer with the same care we give to wine. There are lagers for easy starts, IPAs for turning the volume up and Belgian pours for sitting back a little longer.
The draft list mixes our house beers, solid classics and a few guests with personality. And if you want to go further, ask about the bottles.

On tap, our two house beers (La Ilustre lager and La Ilustre IPA), fuller lagers like La Rubia 18/70, Águila Sin Filtrar and Hop House 13, two Belgians (La Chouffe and Maredsous Brune), the tropical IPA Basqueland Imparable and gluten-free Dougall's 942. In the fridge, more than 25 references: light lagers, wheat beers, canned IPAs, Belgian Trappists and an alcohol-free option. Enough range to start clean or finish bigger.
What fits today?
If you like things clean, start with La Ilustre, Águila Sin Filtrar or a Mendrugo Pilsner. If you want more hop presence, go for La Ilustre IPA, Basqueland Imparable or a can of Basqueland Zumo or Oso Paranoia. If you're after more depth, La Chouffe, Maredsous Brune or a Westmalle.
